    So PropertyESP has just finished taking a look at car ownership for the Cockburn/Atwell/Success and Ellenbrook areas, after conducting our recent TOD study (see last blog J). But a recent study we just completed in fact spells out quite clearly that TOD’s do provide a capital advantage to neighbouring suburbs and their properties.
